Chalet Village on Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg Tennessee is a large development with over
1,900 lots that consist of residential homes and vacation rental chalets, cabins, and
condominiums. There are three major subdivisions that make up Chalet Village of Gatlinburg;Tryolea, Alpendorf and Chalet Village North all with Owners Clubs that have club houses,swimming pools, meeting facilities for wedding receptions, family reunions, and corporate outings that will accommodate up to 200 people. Two of the Chalet Village Owners Clubs also have tennis courts with lights and one has a playground.
Having lived in Chalet Village in Gatlinburg Tennessee for almost 35 years, Jan and I are
extremely knowledgeable about building permits, rules and regulations, deed restrictions,
and the past and future potential of Chalet Village, Ski Mountain, Gatlinburg, and the Sevier
County Tennessee area. I have served on the Board of Directors and have been President of the Chalet Village Homeowners Association and Jan served several years as the General Manager of the three Chalet Village Owners Clubs.
